Q: Can the charger charge my Iphone even if my laptop is off?
A: Yes! The handy built in USB socket will continue to provide power to USB devices even if no laptop is connected to the charger.
Q: Do you offer a warranty on your products?
A: Yes! we offer a one year return to base warranty.
Q: Can I use the supplied USB to Phone charger cable from my standard laptop / desktop?
A: Yes you can!
Q: Why is your product so much cheaper then the high street? How can I trust you?
A: We are an outlet straight from the manufacturer of the charger. We also don't run a physical store, so we can pass our savings on to you. Our strategy is to beat the high street and make more sales through lowering our costs.
Q: Will you offer a refund if the charger doesn't work.
A: Our charger will work on virtually ANY PC laptop, however if you find the charger doesn't work, contact us and well help you get it working. If we find that your model is unsupported, then we will give you a refund for the charger, thats a promise!
Q: What does the LCD tell you exactly?
A: The handy LCD gives a digital read out of the automatically selected voltage of the laptop its charging. Simply attatch the correct adaptor head for your laptop, then plug it into your laptop. The LCD will tell you the voltage and amperage of your laptop and will start charging.
Q: Would you do a discount if I purchased several chargers at once?
A: We would definitely offer a combined shipping charge, please contact us directly to arrange bulk prices.
Q: How safe is your charger?
A: Our charger passes all U.K. and EU regulations on health & safety, and is much safer and easier to use than normal voltage-switch chargers. It also features short circuit and overload protection. Our charger is also class 2 double insulated, and can be used overseas where there is no earth connection.
