Delivery Information

Here at ULC, we know how important it is that you get your charger quickly and in working condition. That's why we guarantee next working day dispatch for any order placed before 7:00 p.m.

For example, any order placed on Monday before 7.00pm (UK local time), would be dispatched by Tuesday.

Any order placed on Friday after 12pm (UK local time), would be dispatched by Monday. If before 12.00pm we will do try our best to do a same day dispatch (although not always possible).

We always strive to do our best for customers, and your orders may be processed faster than this if circumstances permit - however, under normal conditions, these would be our typical shipping procedures.

Typical shipping times would be:

1st Class Recorded - Typically 1-3 working days (Officially up to 10 working days but this is almost never the case)

Special Delivery - Next Working Day delivery from date of dispatch

Please note: ULC cannot be held responsible for shipping after it has been dispatched, as all delivery guarantees are given by Royal Mail - however, we will always do our best to liaise with Royal Mail and claim on our customers' behalf if required.
