Hello there! A little bit about us...the theory behind ULC is that we only sell ONE product. We know it inside out, we know its abilities, and most importantly, we know it's better and more reliable than any premium charger that can be bought on the U.K. high street for anything less than £80.00.

Because we know our product inside out, when you buy from us, you also tap into our knowledge base. This is how we provide our SERVICE to you. We are a small company that strives for excellent customer service, which doesn't seem to be available on the internet these days. We're here to change that!

Okay, so that's our service spoken for - we'll answer all your e-mails, guide you along the way if you have trouble, and accept returns if you accidentally buy the wrong thing or there's a manufacturer's defect. No problem, no sweat.

However, the product at the end of the day is king! That's why we're selling the most advanced laptop chargers on the market. There are lots of built in features, it's completely safe (not to mention automatic so there's no chance you accidentally use wrong settings and fry anything!) and it's going for half the price of a premium laptop charger in a high street store.
